According to multiple sources James “Lights Out”Toney will be making his second foray in mix martial arts by facing “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” Ken Shamrock on September 23rd, in El Paso, Texas. The news is a bit sketchy at this time. The fight may be “mixed rules,” which means possible first round just boxing, second MMA…etc….
