CM Punk: SHOOT INTERVIEW – BREAKING NEWS

More news on the CM Punk promo of the century, some people backstage knew it was coming, CM Punk’s shoot promo on Monday Night Raw certainly had everyone anxious backstage. When Punk started talking about being “a Paul Heyman guy,” and referenced controversial, past WWE names like Brock Lesnar, many wrestlers watching on the monitor were “simply and solidly stunned” according to one WWE Superstar, and several others were trying to find Talent Exec John Laurinaitis’ reaction to it as well.

While no one believes Punk went into business only for himself, the majority of the locker room was said to be in total “shock” over how strong the shoot promo was according to a production crew member, and the delivery was remarkable.

“Wrestling Matters” again everyone, and it wasn’t TNA’s cheesy slogan that saved it. However it was a man they seemed to neglect while he was there and well all I can say is… He has arrived…I guess he may well be the Straight Edge Messiah in pro wrestling after all.
