Casey Anthony: THE JUDGE HAS HAD ENOUGH – VERDICT LOOMING

The bickering between Defense attorney Jose Baez and Prosecutor Jeff Ashton has angered Chief Judge Belvin Perry. He’s had enough and this Sunday, the tension in the courtroom could be felt. Baez ended up apologizing to Ashton with some pressure from the judge.

Baez complained that Ashton was making facial expressions during his closing argument, referring to him as “the laughing guy.” The tapes of the lawyers behavior was reviewed by the judge, and after Ashton was shown smiling during the proceedings, he did apologize for it.

Perry has accepted the apologies but stated: “If it happens again, the remedy will be exclusion of that attorney from further representation at these proceedings,” Perry said. “Enough is enough.”
