London RIOT: MURDER, LOOTING & A CITY ON FIRE

British police officers were injured and several people were arrested when rioting broke out last night in London.

A protest began over the shooting of a 29 year old man, who would later die. The protest began peaceful but then it became incredibly aggressive. Buildings and cars were set on fire by the rowdy crowd. Hundreds of stores were looted and the police were attacked by the mob, forced to retreat in several instances.

The police are now walking the area, but there is great concern of another outbreak of violence. Considering the amount of people involved, it is likely that there will be some that return to resume the protest.
