Man SHOT IN THE HEAD DURING RUSH HOUR IN CHICAGO

The police are desperately seeking the gunman that shot a man in the head during rush hour on a downtown Chicago bridge. The shooting shocked the many witnesses and onlookers.

The gunman nonchalantly walked up behind a 29 year old man and pulled the gun out and shot him in the back of the head according to the police. The victim is currently in critical condition.

The belief is that this act was not random. The victim was a target.
