Juan Manuel “Juanma” Lopez – Mike Oliver are Ready to RUMBLE
Former two time world champion Juan Manuel “Juanma” Lopez showed today in great shape for his bout versus Mike Oliver this Saturday, October 1 in the show Triple Crown III at the coliseo Rubén Rodríguez de Bayamón, in a PR Best Boxing Promotions (PRBBP) and Top Rank presentation to be televised on Pay Per View. “I’m very good, I’m in 129 1/2 pounds and in great shape for this fight. We are going to fight round by round against Oliver, a boxer, but also an agressive fighter”, Lopez said. Lopez worked with his trainers Alex Caraballo and Orlando Piñero with gloves, the punching bag, the pears and junping the rope, showing good speed in his movements.
López (30-1, 27 KOs) and Oliver (25-2, 8 KOs) will fight for the WBO Latino featherweight title. Also in action, former WBO junior lightweight champion, Román “Rocky” Martínez (24-1-1, 15 KOs), will face Nigerian Daniel Attah (26-7-1, 9 KOs)for the WBO Intercontinental 130lb belt, and superbantanweight contender Jonathan “Polvo” Oquendo (21-2, 14 KOs) will fight versus Mexican José Luis Araiza (29-4, 20 KOs) for the WBO Latino superbantamweight title.
