Casey Anthony: SILENCE, NANCY GRACE & CAYLEE NEWS
The “Tot Mom,” Casey Anthony, was silent on October 8th, when her attorney, Charles Greene, invoked the 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination to nearly every question posed to her. The questions included some regarding the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee, along with the nanny, Zenaida Gonzalez.
One of the questions she did answer regarded her parents, Cindy and George. She noted that she had not spoken to either since October 14th, 2008. Considering the allegations that she made against her father, it’s not surprising that he would not want to speak to her. Allegations of molestation and child abuse weren’t proven, but planted the seed in the mind of the public that George may have been a big part of why Casey has turned out the way that she has.
The refusal to answer has once again sent Nancy Grace into guilty mode. After the murder trial, when Casey was found not guilty of causing the death of her 2 year old Caylee, Grace would not hold anything back, noting that it was a travesty of justice. Before, during, and after the trial, she has maintained that Casey was guilty, a sentiment that a great deal of people share.
