Kimbo Slice, 2-0, 2 KO’s, continued his path to the top of the heavyweight division with an incredible knockout over Tay Bledsoe, 2-4, 2 KO’s. Kimbo’s move from MMA to boxing has begun with two first round knockouts, but the competition has been less than stellar.

Bledsoe was a small heavyweight at 209 pounds, lost three fights by stoppage going in, and really had zero chance of keeping Slice away. Slice just stalked him as he moved and then unloaded a right hand that knocked Bledsoe out cold.

The sideshow that is Kimbo Slice that never made it in the world of MMA may make it in boxing. They will match him VERY carefully and get some victories before cashing out and putting him in the ring with somebody with a pulse, where he will be quickly exposed. For the time being, he’s got charisma and a punch and boxing has a shortage of that…especially in the heavyweight division. So, Kimbo isn’t all bad for boxing.
