Chris Arreola, 34-2, 29 KO’s, continued his win streak, six in a row since his defeat to Tomasz Adamek in 2010, with a 3rd round knockout of Raphael Butler, 35-12, 28 KO’s, last night.

Arreola has been more focused on the game, coming into the fights in better shape and is a legitimate heavyweight contender. Against Adamek, he was 250 pounds and was about the same when he lost his other fight to WBC Kingpin, Vitali Klitschko. He has been coming in at around 235 in his recent fights and, at that weight, he is a serious threat to any fighter.

The Klitschkos are now on his radar again and if he maintains the focus and keeps his weight in check, he could win a title and upset the heavyweight picture. His win over Butler marks the sixth win in a row, four by knockout.
