Baltimore’s Ishmail “The Arsenal” Arvin will not be on the May 29 Titanium Promotions card at the DC Armory.
Arvin was scheduled to face Kassim Ouma in a bout for the UBO Junior middleweight title, however, contract negotiations broke down and Arvin’s camp could not come to an agreement.
