Jack Swagger ARRESTED – Wrestlemania SHOCKING NEWS – DUI & MARIJUANA POSSESSION – WWE NEWS

Jack Swagger going to WrestleMania….. Well, maybe not. After leaving Smackdown’s taping, Swagger was pulled over in Mississippi for speeding. He was then arrested for driving under the influence and a search revealed that he had possession of Marijuana. He was later released “on his own recognizance,” but first he was charged with DUI, marijuana possession and speeding. WWE was reached for comment and all they had to say was that “Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions.”

Swagger has just recently returned to the WWE after a long hiatus. He just recently won the elimination chamber and claimed a spot for WrestleMania. Is this spot in jeopardy? I would think so. I have seen WWE superstars get in trouble for a lot less. And they didn’t say if he had actually been smoking the pot, just that he has possession of it. If it was in his system though, doesn’t that violate the wellness policy?

If there is no consequence for his actions, and the WWE continues to push Swagger, I would think people like Randy Orton would be highly upset. One reason being his suspensions in the past, and two after returning from his suspensions the WWE has failed to push him.

Just something to think about… Will Swagger get special treatment since he is the flavor of the month? Stay tuned kids.
