Brooklyn SUBWAY ATTACK UPDATE: Dina Perez BEATEN, Aidan Folan ARRESTED – Breaking News

Aidan Folan, 21, was just arrested for the cowardly attack on a 55-year-old woman in a Brooklyn Subway. In the video, Folan follows Dina Perez down a stairway and then jumps her, viciously beating her and then kicking her in the face when she is down, leaving her with a broken wrist and a severely swollen face. Worse are the memories of the event which have kept her inside of her apartment, afraid to leave.

Folan was nabbed due in large part to his Facebook posts where he bragged about money and implied that he was up to no good. Folan was charged with robbery and assault and will hopefully be locked up for a while for this brutal crime.

During the attack, Perez pleaded with him to stop hitting her, but he kept swinging and took what money he could after he left her in a mangled heap. This is the sort of crime that should carry with it a lengthy sentence. Folan is a menace and deserves no leniency from the judge. Let’s hope he’s looking at a long run behind bars where his fighting skills will truly be tested.
