Lightweight Terence Crawford, 21-0, 16 KO’s, showed why he is one of the biggest stars in boxing with a one-sided beat-down of Alejandro Sanabria, 34-2-1, 25 KO’s, stopping the game opponent in the sixth round with a vicious left hook.
From the opening round, Crawford used his superior skill and accuracy to find the mark, avoiding most of the incoming punches from Sanabria. In the third round, the way the fight was going to go was pretty evident. Sanabria was buckled several times but tried to land that miracle shot. It didn’t happen.
The left hook folded Sanabria in half. He got up but the referee saw enough and called the fight.
