Sergey Kovalev KNOCKS OUT Ismayl Sillakh in 2: BOXING NEWS & HBO BOXING RESULTS

One of the biggest punchers in boxing showed his power once again. Sergey Kovalev, 23-0-1, 21 KO’s, retained the WBO light heavyweight title with a destructive knockout of Ismayl Sillakh, 21-2, 17 KO’s, in the second round. A right hand dropped Sillakh hard. He got up in bad shape and with a bloody nose as Kovalev taunted the fallen opponent.

Sillakh was defenseless and was chopped down quickly and knocked cold by another right hand. It was a great win for the light heavyweight champion.
