Sage Stallone: AUTOPSY RESULTS, SUICIDE NOTE & MORE – Sylvester Stallone Devastated

The autopsy on Sage Stallone is complete, but the toxicology reports are still pending. Stallone, 36, was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Friday. There were no signs of foul play or trauma, but there was the rumor of suicide.

According to reports, there was no suicide note found, but there were various bottles of alcohol and pills scattered about the home. The most likely cause of his death is believed to be drug overdose, whether it is intentional or not.

Sylvester Stallone is devastated. With the Expendables 2 promotion beginning, this death has come at a terrible time for the superstar. Expect the toxicology reports to come in shortly and for more answers to come in. Stay tuned…
