Michael Clark Duncan, at the age of 54, has died. Duncan really came into his own in the Stephen King film “THE GREEN MILE.” He became the very likable character John Coffey and gave a great performance.

Duncan would land roles in major films like ARMAGEDDON, THE WHOLE NINE YARDS, PLANET OF THE APES, and DAREDEVIL. He owned the roles that he would assume and even as he played the villain, his kind nature would be on display. It was very difficult to dislike him.

On July 13th, Duncan was rushed to the hospital after a heart attack. It is believed that another heart attack has caused his death. This is a big blow to the world of movies. Michael Clark Duncan was larger than life and brought much joy and entertainment to the world. R.I.P. Michael Clark Duncan.
