Age of Myth: VIDEO GAME UPDATE & NEWS
CWA GAMES is proud to announce the release of the brand new action strategy game, “Age of Myth.”
The game is available to play exclusively on the iOS platform and is on sale worldwide now, free of charge from the App Store. There are two versions of “Age of Myth” available. The first, a standard version, is available for download to iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad devices, while the second, a HD edition, is available on iPad only.
“Age of Myth” is a simple pick up and play adventure based around the characters and events of ancient Greek mythology. The game is suitable for gamers of all ages and tastes, and despite being simple and easy to play immediately, a degree of smart thinking and logic is required to be successful.
In “Age of Myth,” the gamer chooses from three distinctive heroes, Warrior, Archer, and Mage. Each of these heroes possesses their own unique characteristics, equipment, and abilities. These add additional depth to the game as the user works out which hero is best for conquering each challenge posed by “Age of Myth.”
The control interface utilised within “Age of Myth” is straightforward, requiring the user to tab left or right depending on the desired direction of movement. The user can also easily change their hero in order to combat different enemies and make the most of each character’s individual skill set.
There are 30 unique and challenging levels posed to gamers within “Age of Myth,” each featuring a variety of villains, Gods, and monsters from Greek mythology, including legendary names such as Poseidon and Zeus, all of whom are determined to stop the hero in their quest for glory.
In addition to the 30 levels within the game, built in social media features allow gamers to share their “Age of Myth” experiences and achievements via Twitter and Facebook. None of the in-game achievements have been published, intriguingly, meaning that gamers will need to encourage and challenge their friends to try “Age of Myth” in order to discover each achievement for themselves.

CWA games plans to develop and release an Android version of “Age of Myth” in the near future.
