Below, I have compiled a list of the top twenty fastest punchers in boxing. The rankings are based on speed relative to a fighters weight class, as despite being very fast for their divisions, bigger guys like Deontay Wilder and Adonis Stevenson are most likely slower than the average lightweight. In order to qualify, fighters have to have fought within the last year, or at least have an upcoming fight lined up.

Prospects considered need to be ranked at least top ten in their division. This is just one writers opinion, and as it is with all lists like this, many changes can be argued and there is no clear cut order. All in all, it is just meant to be a representation of today’s top fighters that possess the eye pleasing gift of blazing hand speed.
