9IBF jr middleweight world champion Cornelius “K9″ Bundrage (34-5, 19 KOs) will defend his title against top contender Jermall Charlo (21-0, 16 KOs) on Sunday afternoon, September 6 at the American Bank Center Arena in Corpus Christi, Texas. Bundrage and Charlo were originally slated to meet July 18, but the bout was postponed when Bundrage required stitches for a deep cut over his left eye suffered in training.

Bundrage-Charlo will headline a card that also features a rematch between WBA “regular” bantamweight champion Jamie McDonnell (26-2-1, 12 KOs) and Tomoki “Mexicanito” Kameda (31-1, 19 KOs), plus former WBC super middleweight champion Anthony “The Dog” Dirrell (27-1-1, 22 KOs) against Marco Antonio Rubio (59-7-1, 51 KOs).

The card will be a PBC event televised on CBS.
