Oscar De La Hoya is Not Playing Around! – Breaking Boxing News

ODHGolden Boy Promotions has added undefeated WBC Interim Latino and WBA Fedecentro welterweight beltholder Rashidi “Speedy” Ellis (14-0, 11 KOs) of Lynn, Massachusetts and amateur light heavyweight star Niko “Baby Face” Valdes of Miami, Florida to its stable of fighters. Ellis trained with Canelo Alvarez as a sparring partner in preparation for his November 21 super fight against Miguel Cotto. Valdez won the Florida Golden Gloves state championship four times and claimed bronze at the National Golden Gloves in 2014 at 178 lbs.
