Donald J. Trump Throws America Under the Bus To his Good Pal Vladmir Putin While The World Watches in Shock!

Never in million years would I ever imagine that an American President would commit open treason against their own country. It was evident last week that this President was in the pocket of a the thug of the world, Vladimir Putin. It has always been the tactic of Putin to divide and conquer NATO. With the actions of Donald J. Trump during the NATO summit, this is happening.
With Trump doing his bidding, the United States is turning against its allies. This is a sad period in world history. In just 18 months into this presidency we have become the enemy of the entire world. To attack our allies and praise our enemies is unprecedented. This is a major punch in the stomach to the American people. To top it off, Trump tweets the EU is our enemy. This is a page out of the rhetoric of Vladimir Putin.
Even when given the intelligence that the Russians had hacked into the DNC server and committed an act of war, Trump insisted to continue with their summit in Helsinki. Trump decides to blame President Obama for the breach. Yes, this occurred during the Obama Administration and actions however weak were taken to punish the Russian government.
The biggest kick in the stomach came during the joint press conference when a US President disregards the intelligence given to him and defends an enemy who was standing right next to him. This is a blatant act of treason. Our Congress must act. This is a call to action to defend our democracy. With the attacks of the free press and the blatant disregard to protocol, our Congress must act NOW! Not only is this President threatening to strip some Americans of citizenship, he is deporting members of the Armed Forces back to their native countries.
This defending a breach such as this from the Russians not only puts Americans at risk, it puts our Armed Forces at risk. This is the same President who claims to love the Armed Forces and wants to have this massive embarrassment of a parade for them. What has happened is a disgrace. Thank you Republican Senators Jeff Flake and John McCain for speaking out. You will be remembered for being on the right side of history.
For once the Congress must listen to, “WE THE PEOPLE” and not who is funding their next campaign for reelection. With these new developments, Congress should not be allowed to confirm his Supreme Court nominee and openly call for the President to resign or be impeached. The Republican party must remember to be on the right side of history. We must not become what Great Britain became during World War II. We don’t want to be a topic of a college thesis of “Why America Slept”. We must not repeat the actions of the past.
