When You Think Donald J. Trump Has Hit Rock Bottom — He Digs Deeper!

Donald J. Trump’s Presidency is like an ocean trench that seems to have no bottom. Just when you think he can’t go lower you find out you are nowhere near the bottom. Recently he met with Russia’s President Putin with no clear agenda. For some reason he decided to break protocol and meet closed door without any White House advisors. When asked by a reporter if he held Russia accountable for hacking and influencing the election, his response was as mortifying and ridiculously inept as most epic Donald J. Trump moments. He immediately blamed America and offered his signature “blame on many sides” comment similar to his press conference after the race riots in Charlottesville.

He then rattled on about Hilary Clinton’s emails. This was a very obvious deflect from the issue of Russian hacking but it was a treasonous act. When given the opportunity to show a backbone in front of the Russian Oligarch he chose to be Putin’s pawn. At this point if you believe that Trump has not been compromised and manipulated then you are living under a rock with your head in the sand. Trump’s inability to say anything negative or aggressive towards Putin is a sign that he is either seeking to leverage his relationship to make money in Russia, Putin has leverage on Trump or he is so shockingly stupid that he sees friends as enemies and enemies as friends.

We have seen Trump insult physically disabled people, poor people, people of color, women and nearly every other demographic imaginable but somehow he manages to compliment Russia every time. Trump blaming America for the Russian hacking is like someone smacking your mother and you apologize and blame yourself. His statement makes zero sense. However, his supporters continue to defend statements that had Democrats, Republicans even some of the most conservative pundits on Fox News condemning his actions. At this point I can only ask one question… Where is the bottom?
