Dark Knight Rises: Breaking News on the New Batman Movie

The blockbuster that all superhero fans are waiting for is DARK KNIGHT RISES, the third installment in new series of films. The last film “THE DARK KNIGHT” featured Heath Ledger as “the Joker” and brought a sense of realism and grit, which is something that was absent in the Tim Burton versions.
In breaking news, Anne Hathaway has publicly confirmed that she will be playing “Catwoman,” in the newest film in the series. Tom Hardy will be playing “Bane,” a character that should really make an impact to both the viewers and to Batman, himself, within the film.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is now part of the cast and has been in INCEPTION and GI JOE: RISE OF THE COBRA, and has a great run on both film and TV and now the speculation has begun as to what character he will play. At this early stage, the recurring rumor is that he will play Hugo Strange, which would be an outstanding addition.
THE DARK KNIGHT RISES promises to be a HUGE success, but it does have some big shoes to fill. How will it do without Heath Ledger’s Joker? Time will tell…
