Suspect arrested: Colorado Mall Bomb Update
The man suspected of leaving a pipe bomb and two propane tanks at a shopping mall in Denver has been arrested in Boulder, authorities noted today. Earl Albert Moorer, 65, was nabbed at a grocery store today.
The explosives were discovered on April 20th at the Southwest Shopping Mall in the suburbs of South Denver. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
A lot of people have connected the incident to the Columbine High School shootings 12 years ago, which is a couple of miles from the mall and the two are similar considering the use of propane tanks. The FBI dismisses the connection, saying it was not likely.
