A purse bid procedure was held Tuesday at IBF Headquarters to determine who will promote the fight for the vacant IBF middleweight championship between Hassan N’Dam and David Lemieux. There was only one bidder, Golden Boy Promotions, which bid $102,000. The purse bid split will be 50% to N’Dam and 50% to Lemieux.
