Friday night Golden Boy Promotions brings fight fans the absolute best LA Fight Club main event in the history of the series, as all-action warriors Jesus Soto Karass, 28-10-3, 18 KO’s and Yoshihiro Kamegai, 26-3-1, 23 KO’s will battle it out at the Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles. Jesus is one of the few fighters that has never backed down from a good fight, and four of his last five fights have come against, Marcos Maidana, Keith Thurman, Andre Berto, and Devon Alexander respectively. Kamagei many fans remember was in a dog fight and fight of the year in 2014 at the Stubhub Center vs Robert Guerrero. Karass will be facing a very similar fighter, and mirror image of himself in Kamegai, as neither fighter likes to backpedal, they each have one gear, straight forward. Jesus and Yoshihiro both throw punches in bunches and vow to bring fight fans their all this Friday. “It’s Going to be a war, I know Kamegai is a great Japanese fighter, but I’m a Mexican Warrior, and there is no other word to describe this fight except war. Said Soto Karass.

“I made a promise to my fans that I will fight my hardest for a victory, it’s an obligation I owe to the fans for selling out the Belasco”. Although this fight has no title implications or won’t make any major waves in the boxing rankings, a fight like this will be one for the ages. Soto Karass vs Kamegai definitely has the opportunity to be a fight of year candidate. With many fighters today looking for a low risk high reward fight, this fight is the total opposite. Their styles, and history in the ring of going toe to toe will make this fight very fan friendly fight and the likelihood of this fight going to a decision I would say are slim to none.

Before Soto Karass and Kamegai go to war Vyacheslav “Lion Heart-Chigonsky” Shabranskyy, 15-0, 12 KO’s will face seasoned fighter Derrick “Superman” Findley, 23-18-1, 15 KO’s of Chicago in an eight-round co-main event match-up sure to heat up the night. “Slava” is one of the most exciting fighters to emerge from the west coast scene in recent years, the Ukrainian born Vyacheslav “Lion Heart Chigonsky” Shabranskyy is thrilling fans in his adopted hometown of Los Angeles. Going 4-0 in 2015, the last three opponents “Lion Heart-Chigonsky” faced had a combined record of 34-1-1. The 28-year-old Shabranskyy beat them all, and most recently defeated 16-1 “El Monstro” Yunieski Gonzalez last December at the Turning Stone Casino in New York earning himself a spot on the pound-for-pound list in the light heavyweight division.
Shabranskyy trains at the Rock Gym in Carson California with Oscar Valdez, Gilberto Ramirez, and Jason Quigley to name a few and is ready for his fight at the Belasco. Derrick “Superman” Findley of Chicago has been in the boxing game since turning professional in 2004. The 31-year-old fighter is a well-known name in his weight class as a boxer who doesn’t go down easily. Former NABF middleweight title holder, Findley trains with some of the biggest names in boxing such as Gennady “GGG” Golovkin and Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez, and hopes to bring that same high-energy into the ring come fight night.

Opening the Estrella TV broadcast, is amateur standout and recently signed Golden Boy fighter Genaro “El Conde” Gamez of San Diego as he will make his professional debut when he takes on Archie Weah, 1-5 of Norcross, Georgia in a 4 round super featherweight event. Also making their professional debuts on the Ring TV live stream is Niko Valdes of South Beach, Florida as he takes on Roberto Ramirez, 0-1. and Jousce Gonzalez of Glendora, California battles Jack Grady, 0-3-1. will each participate in respective four-round super middleweight and lightweight fights.
