Dawson’s Creek Star James Van Der Beek Dies At 48 – Entertainment News

Actor James Van Der Beek, best known for his starring role in US teen drama “Dawson’s Creek”, died on Tuesday, 10 February. He was 48.

He was one of the most famous faces on TV in the late 1990s and 2000s with his role as Dawson Leery in the TV show “Dawson’s Creek”, which ran from 1998 to 2003.

Beyond television, he appeared in movies including “Varsity Blues”, “Texas Rangers” and “The Rules of Attraction”.

He also played a fictionalized version of himself in the cult television show “Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23”, and he performed on the 28th season of “Dancing with the Stars”

James Van Der Beek is survived by his wife and their six children.
