French Actress Nathalie Baye Dies At 77 – Entertainment News

Nathalie Baye died on Friday, 17 April, from dementia. She was 77.

Her career spanned 50 years and she was one of France’s most celebrated moviestars.

She won 4 Césars: “Every Man for Himself”, “Une étrange affaire”, “La Balance” and “The Young Lieutenant”.

In 1999 she won Best Actrice at the Venice Film Festival for “Une Liaison Pornographique”.

She played Leonardo DiCaprio’s mother in “Catch me if You Can”.
