Hello out there my appleseeds. John Cena has been on top of his game banging in rings around the country for years and I am here to tell you, he is a Class Act. Back in 95, he actually was an appleseed in training at my gym. We worked for months on what he has taken from my teaching him and uses in the ring with excellence.
