To all readers of Ringside Report who live anywhere in Northeast Miami-Dade County and who might think that they need to go into the Miami Shores Publix for any reason:

One word of warning: DON’T.

The below is the email which I just sent to Big Publix in Lakeland and we will go ahead with a very public lawsuit against Publix if they don’t act on this situation, noted below, immediately.

Simply put, that store is a danger to public health and forewarned is forearmed.

Please read the below for further information as this is the email that was just sent to Publix in Lakeland regarding their store #794 at 90th Street and Biscayne Blvd. in Miami Shores:

THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND IF YOU DO NOT GET BACK TO ME IMMEDIATELY I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO MY ATTORNEY AND HE IS PREPARED TO INSTITUTE A MAJOR AND MASSIVE AND EMBARRASSING TO YOU–VERY EMBARRASSING–LAWSUIT. I HAVE NOW BEEN IN THE STORE THREE TIMES AND SPOKEN TO AT LEAST FIVE MANAGERS, NONE OF WHOM SEEM TO GIVE A DAMN OR TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY, WITH A “GET LOST, BOY, YOU BOTHER ME” ATTITUDE. AT LEASE A THIRD OF THE EMPLOYEES EITHER HAVE THE FACE MASKS BELOW THE NOSE OR BELOW BOTH MOUTH AND NOSE AND HALF OF THE MANAGERS ARE WALKING AROUND SAME WAY. AT LEAST HALF OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE DOING SAME. I EVEN TOLD THEM THAT THE 127th ST STORE IN NORTH MIAMI IS MAKING THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOT ONCE IN THE THREE LAST TIMES THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN 794 HAS AN ANNOUNCEMENT BEEN MADE. YOU ARE JEOPARDIZING MY HEALTH, WELL BEING AND LIFE AND YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. LAST TIME I EMAILED YOU I GOT A STANDARD BS REPLY LIKE I WOULD GET IF I WROTE A CONGRESSMAN OR SENATOR AND I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL TAKE THIS TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND THE STATE IF NEED BE. PLEASE HAVE SOMEBODY GET BACK TO ME ASAP.
