Tony Jeter Defends his WBC Fecarbox Middleweight Title Against Hugo Correa on May 11th in Millersville Maryland

WBC Fecarbox Middleweight champion Tony “Mo Better” Jeter has an opponent for his first title defense on his Jeter Promotions card on Saturday, May 11 at Club One Fitness in Millersville, MD.

Jeter (15-3-1, 10 KO’s) will take on Victor Hugo “Magnifico” Correa of Mexico City, Mexico in a 10-round main event contest, one of two WBC Fecarbox title bouts on the card. Jeter, the resident of Stevensville, MD, is ranked number 15 by the WBC. Correa (15-5, 10 KO’s) scored a fourth-round TKO over Diego Rivera on February 8 in Queretaro, MX.

As BATB already announced, Phil Jackson Benson of Landover, MD will take on Maxell “The General” Taylor of Baltimore in a 10-round contest for the vacant WBC Fecarbox Super Middleweight title in the co-feature contest.

Two other bouts are signed for this card. Undefeated Ferndale, MD heavyweight “Slick” Nick Kisner (11-0-1, five KO’s) will take on veteran Willie “Blackout” Chisolm of St. Petersburg, FL (7-14, four KO’s) in a four round contest. Also, the card marks the return of Laurel, MD heavyweight “The Big Ticket” Dwayne McRae (10-3, six KO’s) who appears in a ring for the first time since September of 2011. McRae will battle Norfolk, VA’s Dennis Benson (1-6, one KO) in a six-round contest.
