Gennady Golovkin Shocks FANS – Tickets Almost Gone for October 18th Boxing Card

Due to demand, “Standing Room Only” tickets priced at $27 for the October 18 “Mexican Style” card at StubHub Center in Carson, California will go on sale Today at 1PM PT it was announced this morning by K2 Promotions. The card is headlined by WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin and WBC interim middleweight champion Marco Antonio “Veneno” Rubio. The co-feature is a WBA featherweight championship showdown between Nonito “The Filipino Flash” Donaire and undefeated Nicholas “The Axe Man” Walters.

“The response to this event has been unprecedented for boxing at the StubHub Center as four weeks to go we’re virtually sold out of tickets,” said Tom Loeffler, Managing Director of K2 Promotions. “Therefore, we’re putting a limited number of Standing Room Only tickets on sale to meet the demand. With the addition of Donaire vs. Walters this card will stand among the very best presented to boxing fans in 2014.”
