Did you know that it is against the law in the State of Louisiana to conduct a fake boxing match? According to RS 4:75, “Sham or fake contests or exhibitions – Whoever conducts or is a party to any sham or fake boxing contest or wrestling exhibition shall forfeit his license and shall not thereafter be entitled to receive any license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. “Acts 1974, No. 553, ▫️1.

So, make sure your match is on the up and up if you conduct it in the State of Louisiana.
