“Bad” Brad Berkwitt you are amazing in so many ways

I’d like to take a moment in order to sing your praise

You are a man that doesn’t let life go idly by

You grab the bull by the horns and punch it in the eye

Honor, Courage, Commitment is an oath you took

Following in the steps of Alvin Berkwitt joined the Navy and was hooked

“Non Sibi Sed Patriae” is the motto that you follow

You put country over self and don’t leave chance to tomorrow

You made your mark in boxing and made sure they knew your name

Leaving such an impact they had to put you in the Hall of Fame

Florida Boxing Hall of Fame Class of 2021

Congratulations “Bad” Brad and we know you aren’t done

Sit back retire on those great achievements pfft, no you are not the sort

You wanted to celebrate diversity so you reinvented Ringside Report

I am so proud to know you and I keep getting amazed each day

You are a man who walks in honor singing “I did it my Way”
