The Jeff Lacy-Rayco Saunders bout was scratched. No reason given.

Former world champion DeMarcus Corley battered Daniel Attah for 10 rounds enroute to a lopsided unanimous decision in a lightweight bout. Corley dropped Attah five times — once in the fourth, twice in the fifth and twice in the eighth. However, Attah somehow managed to last until the final bell. Corley won by scores of 100-86, 99-86 and 100-85 to raise his record to 42-32-1, 25 KO’s. Attah has dropped to 28-19-1, 11 KO’s.

Demond Nicholson stopped Dennis “Shark” Sharpe in the fourth round.  Nicholson dropped Sharpe three times, twice with body shots in the fourth before the bout was stopped at 2:36.
